Free Summary Reports
Insight100 undertakes a free customer or employee survey for all organisations entering the awards.All entrants are automatically issued with a FREE summary report of the results of their surveys.
The Customer Loyalty Score™ will be broken down into the following components parts:
The Net Promoter Score® - This is the difference between the percentage of customers who are detractors and those that are promoters.
The Customer Satisfaction Score - This is how your customers rate your performance against the 5 things that matter most to them when dealing with your organisation
The Customer Insight Score - This shows how well your leadership team understands your existing customers.
The Employee Loyalty Score™ will similarly be broken down into the following components parts:
The Employee Net Promoter Score® - This is the difference between the percentage of employees who are detractors and those that are promoters.
The Employee Satisfaction Score - This is how your employees rate your performance against the 5 things that matter most to them in the workplace
The Employee Insight Score - This shows how well your leadership team understands your existing employees
The free summary reports also include information on numbers surveyed and response rates etc.
Benchmark performance will be available once a year after the awards evening at which time each participant will be informed individually of their actual position within the league tables.
Detailed Survey Reports
All organisations have the option of commissioning an extremely valuable and in-depth report with the following content:
Customer Loyalty Survey – Detailed Report
The Net promoter Score® - inlcuding an analysis by different customer groups
The Customer Satisfaction Score - Including an analysis by different customer groups
The customer Insight Score – A direct comparison between what the leadership team predicted the results to be and what they actually were.
The top 5 customer loyalty drivers specific to your customers and the performance rating against each loyalty driver. The performance against the most important loyalty driver will also be identified for different customer groups
Constructive comments and suggestions for improvement from customers
Profiling of individual customers as either Promoters, Passives or Detractors
Employee Loyalty Survey – Detailed Report
The Employee Loyalty report covers all the above areas with the exception that individuals are NOT identified as promoters , passives or detractors
These detailed reports are available at £350 each or £600 for both a customer and an employee loyalty report
Annual Benchmarking Reports
An annual benchmarking report is available to enable organisations to compare their performance against others from the same industry as well as outside the sector. The report covers performance trends within specific sectors as well as identifying the most common customer and employee loyalty drivers. Individual organisations are not identified within this report without their specific permission
