This award is based on:

  • The likelihood of your customers and clients proactively recommending your organisation to others (Your Net promoter Score)

  • Your score against the five things that matter most to your customers.

  • The level of current customer insight that exists amongst your leadership team


Outstanding Workplace

This award is based on:

  • The likelihood of your employees recommending your organisation as an outstanding place to work

  • Your score against the five things that matter most to your employees

  • The level of insight that exists amongst your leadership team related to the employees


Outstanding Organisation

This award is open only to those organisations that enter BOTH the above awards. No separate entry is required since organisations entering both the Outstanding Customer Service and Outstanding Workplace awards will automatically be entered into the award for outstanding organisations
